Per 1 lb. bag. Attention light-roast fans: this bright-but-never-sour blend of Timor, Costa Rica and Mexico captures each bean's distinct, natural character. Full-bodied enough to be that first cup of the day and smooth enough to be a nightcap, this is the standard for light roast coffee.

Ethiopia Harrar

Per 1 lb. bag. The original coffee plant discovered in ancient times by goatherds, Harrar is still grown on tiny organic farms and even picked in the wild. Our current lot of this primitive coffee has the typical Harrar complex flavor profile with nuances of dried fig, rose, honey, cocoa. A favorite of true coffee fanatics. Roasted on the lighter side of medium.

Sumatra Decaf

Per 1 lb. bag. The highest-grade, sun-dried organic coffees from Sumatra are shipped to Royal Coffee's Mountain Water decaffeination plant in Veracruz. The green coffee is pre-soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee's particular profile. Unbeatable flavor once thought impossible in a decaf. Tasting notes are cocoa powder, full bodied, clean. Roasted medium.

Italian Roast

Per 1 lb. bag. High-density SHG-grade beans from Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, and Indonesia stand up to longer, darker roasting, preserving notes of choolate and black currant and resulting in a cup that is at once full-flavored and smoky–but never charred. Roasted dark.

Colombia

Per 1 lb. bag. Long-respected for its harvest-to-harvest consistency, Colombian is famous for its smooth, honeyed finish and the proper balance of acidity and nutty undertones. Roasted medium.
